Automotive Service Technician

Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $45–$50 per flagged hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM–5PM

Pierce Family Automotive, LLC is a trusted, family-owned repair shop serving the Denton community. We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician who is detail oriented, and motivated to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and correctly the first time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on a variety of vehicles
  • Conduct detailed inspections and recommend needed repairs or preventive maintenance
  • Ensure high quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on every job
  • Work collaboratively with fellow technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5 + years proven experience as an Automotive Technician, Mechanic or Service Technician
  • Certification or formal training from a recognized automotive program preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop environment
