Location: Denton, TX (serving the Carrollton area)
Pay: $45–$50 per flagged hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM–5PM

Pierce Family Automotive, a family-owned shop in Denton, TX, is seeking a reliable Automotive Service & Repair Technician to perform repairs and maintenance for customers in Carrollton. This is a great opportunity to join a professional, team-oriented environment where your skills are valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs
  • Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the service team to maintain smooth workflow

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years as an Automotive Technician, Mechanic, or Service Technician
  • Certification or formal training preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced shop
  • Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
